Inside the house there are several spaces to relax from the lounges on the ground floor to the old chamber, which has been transformed into a multi-purpose room. The kitchen has all the necessary accessories for the total comfort of guests who can choose between the American kitchen bar, the dining table or the porch for meals. Pedreguer is situated at the foot of the mountains and anchored in a large valley of orange trees that overlooks the sea and is towered by the imposing Montgó, which is a Natural Park. Very close to the house you will find two supermarkets, pharmacies and shops as well as bars / restaurants that offer quality tapas and regional cuisine. The town is strategically located in the middle of the beautiful region of La Marina Alta and puts at your disposal a wide range of possibilities in relation to the sea, the countryside, the mountains and healthy life: beaches nearby (the famous beaches and coves of Dénia, Xàbia, Benissa and Calpe), snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, walks along the coast, numerous hiking trails, golf (the Sella Golf Club is just 4 km away), climbing, cycling (routes in the valley and in the mountains), meditation (the Sakya International Center is 3 km away) and many charming towns and landscapes to visit.
