DUPLEX apartment with natural parquet floor and wooden beams. Upper floor with attic with ceiling windows. In a quiet area in front of a supermarket and near a bakery and restaurants. 5 minutes from the old town of Bellver. Mountain atmosphere with a modern design with natural wood finishes. It is divided into two floors: - Floor: Living room with fireplace and TV, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, complete bathroom with bathtub and 1 double bedroom. balcony - Upper floor: Living room with TV and study table, 2 double bedrooms (one double and the other with two single beds) and full bathroom with bathtub. Very practical distribution with 2 independent living rooms (for children, two couples, etc...). Parking: 1 space (narrow). It has WI-FI. Extra TV in one of the bedrooms. Air conditioning on 2 floors (hot and cold). Heating Board games for all ages. Washer/dryer. Hair dryer. Dolce Gusto and Oroley coffee maker.
