Property information

Wonderful high quality duplex set in a second row street in front of the sea in Puerto Pollença. There are two communal pools, a big one and a small one, to share with the other ten apartments in the building. Nice and elegant gardens surround the apartments and the pool. This duplex is sent on the ground floor. Careful to detail, there is a hall, an equipped kitchen, a lovely bathroom and a large living and dining room open to a terrace next to the pools. Upstairs there are three fabulous bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them in suite. Set in a quiet street that allows easy free parking, but just at a ten minute walk from the centre. A perfect stay for a relaxing holidays. This property has high-speed Internet for convenient telecommuting. Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other tourist resorts in Mallorca, the coast has not been completely urbanised with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a splendid variety of cafés and restaurants, and a few excellent hotels. Fiber optic internet, ideal for working from home. The old town of Pollença is about 6 km away. The town's landmark is the 365 steps and the Calvario, at the top of which is the small 18th century baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year. Numerous cultural events and music festivals take place in the historical atmosphere of Pollença. IMPORTANT A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. Neighbourhood information

Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
