I love traveling and take pride in my property which has just been renovated! Whenever possible I deal with my guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between.

Property information

Our Duplex is located in the heart of a very nice and newly refurbished residential complex. It has been completely renovated inside and its a nice and sunny top floor duplex apartment. We have a wonderful sunny terrace with great sea & pool views, where you can dine or relax in the sunset. We have added Air Conditioning for Summer 2023!! The apartment is fully equipped, Satellite Smart TV, WiFi, communal parking next to the door. The apartment is situated at 5 min walking distance from Los Charcos beach, good, quiet and well-connected place for holidays. The complex offers two outdoor heated pools. The bigger pool is being renovated is brand new. There is is also a yoga & massage saloon just downstairs and next to the pool. Next to the pool there is a first class Bar & Restaurant, open all day long from breakfast to dinner. It also offers a take away service if you'd prefer to eat you pizza at the apartment!

Our duplex is located in a privileged area in Costa Teguise enjoying an exceptional climate. We are just a stone's throw from the beach of Las Cucharas and a few minutes walk from the center of Costa Teguise with all of its shops and restaurants. Located in the east of Lanzarote, close to the island’s capital, Costa Teguise is one of the most attractive tourist destinations on the island for families thanks to its quiet surroundings and its wide range of beaches, leisure activities, sports and services.
