Property info

The most interesting thing is the location, right in the Balcon de Europa and church. We are talking about the 0 point of Nerja. Around the corner you will find the beach "El Salon". The house is probably one of the oldest of Nerja. Is just 20 m2 per floor distributed in 3 floors all open. Groud floor is like a sofa room, Second floor room with shower. Third floor kitchen and spare bed with bathroom and shower. And finally on top, the roof top with nice views. Important information before arrival: Please, bare in mind, that as it is located in the center of Nerja it can be noisy as well as bell of the church is just in front of the house, and only little heater. The house is divided into 3 floors, that is why you will need to use stairs in order to move around the house. Regarding the terrace, there are a lot of pigeons, for this reason terrace is getting dirty quite fast. The house is simple since we didn´t do any renovation. Near the entrance door, there is a small room where we are keeping our boards. Important: Pick up keys only in Calle Bronce 25 where is located the reception of Easy Nerja Guesthouse.

Neighborhood info

We are located right in the center, in Balcony of Europe, you have plenty of bars, coffee, tapas bars and all you need. The beach is down the street 50 meters, you can not be better located. As we are in the center take not that can be noisy!
