You will meet friendly people from Casas De Bahia, who will meet you outside the property and hand over the keys or you can make self check in with key in a keybox We will be nearby in case you need help during your stay, so don't hesitate to contact us if needed

Welcome to this modern penthouse located high up in El Alamillo, offering breathtaking sea views. This stylish apartment features a spacious balcony and a large roof terrace complete with lounge furniture, perfect for relaxation. Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and a generous open-plan kitchen and living area. Guests also have access to a communal pool. Conveniently situated, the beach and several restaurants are just 650 meters away. Additionally, the charming boardwalk of Puerto de Mazarrón is within walking distance. Enjoy a perfect blend of luxury and location at our El Alamillo penthouse. Note that this apartment comes with a pre-paid system for the air conditioner. The card can be bought from the Property Manager (value 10 or 20 euro). There are non working cameras in this property, in order to avoid potential break-ins. If the guests feel uncomfortable with this, there is a hatch to close the fake camera lens.
