Offering views of the Benicassim bay, the El Palasiet Hotel is a thalassotherapy centre located only 75 metres from the seafront and is surrounded by a natural pine-tree landscape. The Thalasso focuses on bio-marine therapies designed to improve health and well-being in their indoor thermal swimming pool. Guests benefit from whirlpool baths, waterbeds, finnish sauna, hammam and hot tubs. Algae wrap and mud baths are also available, as well as electrotherapy and aesthetic treatments. Professional personnel including medical, nutritionist, personal trainer, and physiotherapists will recommend and supervise treatments. Each air-conditioned room includes free WiFi, minibar, satellite TV, terrace with sea view, and heating. The bathroom includes a hairdryer. The Thalasso hotel also has a restaurant on site with a macrobiotic menu as a healthy diet is essential for treatments, as well as a bar. Guests can also enjoy two outdoor pools, one is a panoramic sea-water swimming pool where guests can relax, a communal room and gardens. You can also do yoga or tai-chi sessions
