El Paraiso est un appartement neuf qui vous séduira avec sa situation proche d'une plage naturelle (Playa Del Torres) situé dans une crique (100 m) mais également par ses installations haut de gamme (piscine extérieure, intérieure, hammam, jacuzzi, zone de sport, ... ) et ses trois chambres indépendantes, deux salles de bain pour une surface habitable de 80 m². Une terrasse aménagée (relax-divan-table, ... ) de 30 m² avec vue mer, vue sur la piscine et ses jardins. Parking privé, ascenseur, wifi, climatisation,....

Projet intégré dans la nature, neuf 2022 , très calme, en bord de mer et au départ de balades magnifiques sur des sentiers logeant le front de mer dans une zone naturelle protégée allant jusqu'au point de vue "Mirador Serra Gelada" sur la magnifique baie de Benidorm et ses plages de sable blanc. A proximité de Villajoysa, Altea, Guadalest, Calpe, Benidorm, Alicante et bien d'autres endroits idylliques à ne pas manquer.
