Located on the Eastern coast of Spain between Valencia and Alicante you have a choice of flights to either airport with an hour drive to the house. This charming villa is just steps up from the Mediterranean and perfect for those looking to rent in a relaxing setting with spectacular sea views and proximity to the beach. The three bedrooms, two baths, living room-dining room, full kitchen and pantry plus a 40 mt terrace with adjoining garden overlook the sea. There is a private pool in the community of 11 villas. The private entrance to the beach makes it unique.
My passion for the sea and water sports convinced me that El Portet was the most beautiful place to spend time. It is romantic, relaxing and a wonderful climate. I am thrilled that my guests can share this as well.
The quaint town of Moraira is renowned for its fine restaurants including the Le Dauphine restaurant on the premises run by a Belguim proprietor and chef. Less than 6 km. is the 9 hole Javea golf course. Slightly further towards Denia/Oliva one can play 18 holes. Water sports, deep sea diving, snorkling, paddle surf and boat rentals are also available in the area. A pleasant walk of 1.2 kms. along the sea takes you to the center of Moraira. There is a wonderful marina with restaurants open to the public.
