El Sitio de la Casa is a charming rural accommodation dating back to the 18th century located in the town of Arico Nuevo, declared a Historic Artistic Site due to its heritage values and traditional Canarian architecture. Guests will enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment, ideal to disconnect from the daily routine in a rural, minimalist and cozy environment just 25 minutes from the Reina Sofia International Airport and 12 minutes from the best beaches in the municipality such as El Porís de Abona, La Punta de Abona and Abades. It is located in the southeast of Tenerife, at 375 meters above sea level, where the average annual temperature ranges between 22º C and 30º C, with sun practically lasting throughout the year. An incomparable natural environment for lovers of sports in nature. Hiking, climbing, diving, trail or cycling, are some of the sports to be developed in the surroundings. Land of agricultural and livestock tradition, famous for its cheeses and wines.
