Beautiful house located in Ses Salines, a village close to the wonderful beach of Es Trenc. It has a private swimming pool and capacity for 5 people. The exteriors of the property are designed for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with all the comforts. In its terrace there is a salt swimming pool of 5x2.75m and a constant depth of 1.50m, perfect to refresh yourself. Furthermore, in the well-kept garden area you will find sun loungers and a porch equipped with a barbecue and a large table in the shade so that you can enjoy unforgettable family meals. Being in the village, the house has direct neighbours. The interior of the recently renovated three-storey house is tastefully decorated. It is also designed for the relaxation and enjoyment of its guests. On the ground floor you will find a nice living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and open to the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook great meals. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet completes this floor. A staircase leads to the upper floors, where you will find the spacious bedrooms and the other bathrooms. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, two of them have A/C. On this floor there are two bathrooms, one en suite with shower and one with bathtub. Another flight of stairs leads to a second terrace with chill out area. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a highchair.

The fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi, ideal for a fresh seafood dinner or a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera, is close by. In Ses Salines you will find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies; in short everything you need during your stay.
