Beautiful, bright and cosy apartment situated in a popular touristic complex run by the Merriot Group FOR GROUPS OF PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS OLD THAT ARE NOT A FAMILY UNIT, THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS 500. THIS WILL BE RETURNED IN FULL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DEPARTURE PROVIDING THE PROPERTY IS RETURNED IN AN ACCEPTABLE CONDITION. PLEASE NOTE THE SECURITY/DAMAGE MUST BE PAID BY PAPAL BEFORE ARRIVAL Close to Puerto Banus, Estepona, Marbella Benahavis, San Pedro etc. with 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi, reception and café-bar. Surrounded by golf courses and only 3.4km from the some of the best beaches of Marbella. Perfect place for couples or families up to 4 people The apartment is located in the municipality of Benahavis, a few minutes drive from Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona. In one of the more luxurious urbanizations in the municipality of Benahavis with 24h private security service, surrounded by several golf courses (El Paraiso Golf, Flamingos Golf Club, Alferini Golf Club, Tramores Golf, El Higueral Golf Club, Marbella Club Golf Resort , Los Arqueros etc.) and a couple of minutes by car from several supermarkets/chemist/Bank ATM (Mercadona, Supersol and Lidl) Approximately two kilometres to the A7 motorway, this gives you access to Malaga or Gibraltar and all between in under an hour in either direction. Because of its location very close to the A7 motorway, within minutes you can enjoy the beaches and marinas of Marbella, Puerto Banús and Estepona. The apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a large open plan kitchen/living room with a large double sofa bed to accommodate 2 additional guests when needed, bathroom with bathtub and shower. South facing terrace for the avid sun worshiper with excellent views to the sea. Around the pools and Jacuzzi pool are all day, sun-worshiping terraces with ample numbers of sunbeds. You have private secure underground parking.

Neighbourhood information

El Paraiso in Benahavis, the richest municipality in Spain, is one of the deluxe locations in the Marbella. Minutes (3km) from the A7 which gives you full access to the coast, east and west, with Malaga and Gibraltar an hour away. Some of the best beaches on the coast with chiringuitos to laze beside are 3.5km. Benahavis 15 Mins Puerto Banus 15 mins.
