Property information

Penthouse "Super large" with amazing panoramic views to the Mediterranean Sea and free private parking for our guests. It has an impressive terrace with private Jacuzzi and BBQ, where you can enjoy fantastic summer evenings with your family and friends. The apartment has a very spacious living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay. It includes a laundry room with washer and dryer. The penthouse has a large terrace with barbacue, perfect to enjoy any meal while you are with your family and friends. Our penthouse has 3 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of them inside the master bedroom. Our penthouse is located in a privileged and luxurious residential area and is perfect for families. The building has two swimming pools and a fantastic solarium area to relax and have a great sunbath while enjoying the amazing sea views. PLEASE BE AWARE: Due to water restrictions caused by water shortages and lack of rainfall, local councils may prohibit swimming in pools depending on the time of year. Please contact us for further information.

Our penthouse is located in the Higueron area, in a private and quiet area with 24 hour security. At 500 meters from the beach of Carvajal and next to the local train station.
