Magnificent semi-detached house located in a very quiet residential area 100 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the center of the town of Fornells. It has a spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and exits to the front and rear patios where you can enjoy various environments for outdoor living. A courtesy toilet completes the distribution of the ground floor. On the first floor are the three double and one single bedrooms, and two full bathrooms (one en-suite). Free wi-fi internet access. No services are provided in the house (room service, food, beverages, etc...)
