Welcome to this impressive villa with private pool on the outskirts of Sineu. It offers accommodation for 6 people. This great villa is perfect if you are in search of peace and privacy, since the exterior area invites to relax thanks to the beautiful garden with a private salt pool that boats amazing views. The pool sizes 7 x 3 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.9 to 1.5 metres. I offers an area with sun loungers around and a pretty chill out area. The porch is behind the house and it’s where you’ll enjoy the best breakfast. The two-storey house welcomes you with a large living-dining room with TV and air conditioning. Then you enter a Majorcan kitchen equipped with a gas hob and everything you need to cook or eat here as well. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms with wardrobe, one with two single beds and one with a double bed complete this main floor. Upstairs, there is another bathroom with shower and a further bedroom with double bed. There is AC in all 3 bedrooms, 1 cot and 1 highchair available.

Sineu is 500 metres away and it’s a peaceful and charming town in the centre of Mallorca. It’s well known thanks to its traditional street market that takes place every Wednesday and thanks to the variety of restaurants, but especially the traditional Mallorcan restaurants called “cellers”. The beach of Can Picafort is about 22.7 km away and the nearest golf course, Son Gual, is 29.2 km away.
