Property information

Restored old mill in the wonderful town of Sineu. It has a private pool and capacity for 8 people. The backyard of this unique house hides a refreshing chlorine pool that measures 8 x 3 meters and has a depth of 0.90 to 1.80 meters. Next to it, you can sunbathe on the 8 loungers or relax in the shade of these walls full of history. You will also find a mobile barbecue to prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables and an outdoor dining area to enjoy your meals alfresco. The property is fenced and has direct neighbours. The 2-storey house retains many details of the old mill construction, such as the stone walls and the vaulted ceilings. On the ground floor you will find the dining room next to the kitchen that has a ceramic hob; a bedroom with a double bed and AC; and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor you have the wonderful living room with AC and TV-sat; another 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds -one with AC- and one with a double bed and AC; and two more shower bathrooms.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in the town of Sineu, very central on the island. The town offers the basic services for your stay and you cannot miss its weekly market that has been held for centuries on Wednesdays and its beautiful parish church. The closest beach is Playa de Muro, about 20 km away, where you can practice water sports or eat a delicious paella in one of its beach bars.
