Property information

The private salt pool of 8m x 4m and a depth of 1.4m is surrounded by pinetrees and offers unique views of the valley of Alaró. There are a ping-pong, table football and a volleyball net, as well as some work-out equipment. The owner is an artist and you'll see different works like statues made of stone in the garden. The plot is fenced and is ideal for those seeking tranquility and nature. The spacious living room counts with 3 sofas, satellite TV, air conditioning and a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to prepare a great meal, including a gas stove, electric oven and diswasher. The laundry room offers a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a toilet. Two bedrooms, both with double beds, (one with an en-suite bathroom with shower) are on the ground floor. On the first floor there is another room with double bed and private bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath and a bedroom with twin beds and en-suite with bath. Underneath, on the -1 floor, there is the games room. We can provide up to two cots two high chairs and 4 fans, on request. There is central heating throughout the house.

Neighbourhood information

Alaró is a romantic place in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains and ideal for lovers of nature and mountains. Alaró is famous for its castle that you can visit through a nice trail. Apart from this, the area is great for biking or walking. You can visit the village of Orient, the Charterhouse of Valldemossa or the picturesque village of Deia. In Alaro there is a grocery store, good restaurants and cafes. Regarding the beaches, you can choose between sandy beaches in the south, such as Palma beach, or rocky coves of the mountains, including Port des Canonge and Cala Deia. By car you can reach the part of the southwest and visit the beaches of Palmanova, Portals Nous and Illetes. In this part of the island there are theme parks like Katmandu and forest acrobatic course Jungle Parc Junior.
