The house is located in a very quiet residential area directly bordering the forest, a Mediterranean forest of pines and wild olive trees. Therefore, it offers a wonderful place to relax and disconnect from everyday stress. It is located 300 meters from the sea, in a very accessible area for swimming. At 3 kilometers from the wonderful beaches of Sa Rapita and Es Trenc, where you can enjoy bathing and water sports in paradisiacal beaches. At 1.5 kilometers from Sa Ràpita, where you can find stores and restaurants, as well as stroll along its quiet promenade. It is mandatory to take out the trash when leaving the house.
