The exterior of the house is very spacious, with a wide variety of trees and plants, as well as 350m2 of lawn. Most of the garden areas have been recently renovated and have plenty of space. The 16m2 porch is furnished. There is also an 8x4m2 swimming pool, which will help you to cool off in the hottest hours of the day. If you want to soak up the exquisite Mallorcan sun, there are sunbeds in the garden. Rest and relax in the large Mediterranean landscape that the house offers you. Next to the swimming pool there is 136m2 of terrace where you can relax, and there is also a swing for the little ones. And to finish the day in an excellent way there is a barbecue to enjoy a great evening outdoors. Reformed in 2003 on an old construction of 1910, this house has 230 m2 inside a plot of 25000 m2. It has a swimming pool and large lawned areas. The furniture and the equipment of the house have the charm of the Majorcan tradition. All in all, it is a good opportunity to enjoy a very quiet environment, and at the same time, with easy access to the beaches and coves of Mallorca. The property is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor the kitchen-dining room is an ideal space to be with your family and friends. It has a large and very spacious Majorcan table. Its kitchen is very spacious and practical, and has all the necessary utensils to be able to cook as if you were at home. In the laundry area you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the same floor there are three bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other two with double beds and direct access to the garden. Two bathrooms with shower complete this floor. On the first floor you will find a second living room and two more bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower and a private sauna for your moments of relaxation. The last bedroom has a single bed. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

Neighbourhood information

The location of the house is between Felanitx and Vilafranca, it is a rural environment with agricultural activity and close to many beaches and coves of Mallorca. It is an authentic way to get to know Mallorca. Only 8.6km away you will find Felanitx, a large charming Majorcan village with supermarkets, restaurants and everything else for an independent stay. By car you can reach many dreamlike beaches, e.g. Cala Marçal, Cala Mandia, Portocristo, Es Trenc or Cales de Mallorca.
