After almost 10 years of experience and with a great desire to move forward, we created our own comprehensive vacation accommodation management company and so put our experience and enthusiasm at the service of guests who wish to stay in our apartments, our fundamental objective being full satisfaction. of the guest. You will also need to sign the rental agreement and the traveler's information for each guest. All this information is necessary to complete the Traveler's Entry Form, following the requirements of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior regarding the identification and registration of users of certain tourist establishments and those who rent vehicles with or without a driver. For the prevention and investigation of terrorism, Regional Decree 31/2024 of the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of the Regional Government of Andalusia requires that guests be given a document in the form of a contract with the details related to their reservation. This document is the contract that must be signed by both parties. In compliance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, the data will be processed by the host for the purpose of managing the accommodation, the data provided directly by the interested party with their consent and will be transferred to the Police under the provisions of article 25.1 of the aforementioned Organic Law 4/201, of March 30, on the protection of citizen security.

Access to the apartment will be through the Staymyway app. All guests must complete the registration of their identity documents, which includes uploading photos of the documents and a selfie, as well as signing the guest registration/ rental agreement through the Staymyway app before their arrival at the apartment. This is required to comply with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, regarding the registration of guests in tourist accommodations/hotels, and to send the information to the Ministry of the Interior.

Once the Check-in is completed, guests will receive the virtual keys to access the apartment.

If any guest prefers to complete the registration of their identity documents in person, they may request an in-person Check-in at the apartment, with an additional fee of €30.
