Mare Verde est un complexe résidentiel situé à Tenerife. Il est localisé à Avenida Ernesto Sarti, 38, 38660, dans la zone sud de l'île. Ce complexe offre des appartements modernes et confortables, situé seulement à 10 minutes à pied de la plage Fanabe. Les résidents et les vacanciers peuvent profiter des installations et des services proposés sur place, tels que des piscines, des jardins, des aires de jeux pour enfants, etc. Mare Verde est idéal pour ceux qui cherchent une résidence relaxante et ensoleillée, avec un accès facile aux plages et aux attractions touristiques de Tenerife. L'île est connue pour son climat subtropical, ses paysages volcaniques et sa riche biodiversité.Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité pour tous les goûts, des pharmacies, cliniques médicales, magasins, casino, etc... Le Mercadona est à seulement 10 minutes à pied. Il y a également le célèbre Siam Park, magnifique parc aquatique, et le Siam Mall pour le shopping, qui sont à moins de minutes en voiture.
