Panoramic views to the coast and 20m from the sea. Ideal for snorkelling or diving. 200m from one of the best the sandy beaches of Menorca. Very quite area. Nice walks alongside the coast from the House. Supermarkets and restaurants at walking distance. 25mn from the airport.
Hosting gives us an opportunity to meet new people and make new friends as well as paying the bills and making a return on our investment.
At the border of a natural protected area with plenty of birds. At the edge of a local village.
