The fine print
The property has no reception. You can collect the keys by agreeing with the owner on the time of arrival at the property.
From May 1 to September 30, the outdoor pool service is free.

Noise is not allowed from 0 to 10 hours.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 will be requested upon arrival (at the handover of the keys). It will be paid in cash. Refund will be given 5 days after check-out if you have booked all three houses and 1-3 days if you have booked one house. The deposit will be fully returned by bank transfer or Bizum once the condition of the accommodation has been verified.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
Quiet hours are between 00:00:00 and 10:00:00.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
