Wonderfully located pool finca in a picturesque landscape. Sea views and panoramic views of the surrounding hilly landscape with the castle and the monastery of Sant Salvador. Equipped to a high standard. Art objects and designer furniture in the living area, art prints on the walls, air conditioning for the summer and heating for colder days. High-class matraces in every sleeping room. Every sleeping room has a own terrace, for more privacy. The starry sky swimming pool is a great highlight. At night, many small stars shine in the pool. A fantastic sight. Spacious outdoor area with cabana and sunbathing area. Covered terrace for get-togethers. Many beaches and bays can be reached in just 4 minutes. Supermarkets and shopping, 4 min. Marina, golf, restaurants 4-5 min. Professional bike rental, 3 min. Simply perfect. Mallorca is interesting all year round and our finca is habitable all year round. Swimming, hiking, cycling, yoga. Whatever you want. We look after you personally and give you valuable tips for the area and things to do.
Castle Hosting is our passion, service is our job. We have been in the rental business for more than 20 years. Starting in Germany, with many holiday apartments. It was not uncommon for guests to become friends. We have been living on the island for 8 years now. We have been looking after this finca since April 2023, which we have lovingly and carefully furnished. We had wonderful guests who are all looking forward to coming back. We look forward to seeing you and to a long friendship.
Our Finca is surrounded by lots of greenery. We have an almond tree plantation on the finca. You will be enchanted by the almond blossom from late January to March. Without having to drive far, right on our property. Cala d'Or is 3 minutes away and is the tourist center. Everything is here! Supermarkets, Restaurants, cafés, shopping, nightlife, etc. Visit Mondragó Natural Park: This natural park is known for its beautiful coves, lush vegetation, and diversity of bird species. Beaches: Cala Gran, Cala Sa Nau, Cala Llonga with the yachting harbor, Cala Serena, cala Figuera etc. Biking and Hiking: There are many hiking/biking trails around that lead through the beautiful countryside. Diving and snorkeling: The waters around Mallorca offer excellent opportunities for diving and snorkeling. Boat Trips: There are many boat tours that take you to nearby bays and islands. Golf: There are several golf courses nearby.
