Vinya Vella is a wonderful country house with a lot of character, for 8 people to rent in a quiet area. It's located just 1.5km. from the village of Calonge and 3.6km. from the bustling coastal area of Cala D'Or. The inside of the villa very spacious, with many beautiful details and the outdoor area is fantastic, with several chill-out areas. It offer also fruit trees and a garden with organic vegetables available to customers. For the fun of children and adults, there is a hedgerow maze next to the pool area. Vinya Vella is distributed over two floors. From the hall you access the living/dining room with a voulted roof and access to the porch and pool area. The well-equipped kitchen, next to the dining room, also has access to the outside. On this floor there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a corner bathtub with overhead shower. Utility room with washing machine close to the kitchen. Stairs lead to the first floor, with a mezanine with small lounge. On this floor there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
