Enjoy the cozy, modern and quiet FlowHome Urquijo Playa apartment, completely renovated and just 100 meters from the 14th staircase of San Lorenzo Beach. Free WIFI connection throughout the apartment. A place near the sea to enjoy the city and with everything a person needs just a few meters away in the neighborhood of "La Arena". The living room is spacious and has a sofa bed and flat screen TV and a dining table for 6 people. It is exterior with 2 windows that overlook Urquijo street. Best of all, you will not use the car to visit Gijón, but if needed, there is 1 public car park very close with special rates. Enjoy the charm of Gijón!

Neighbourhood information

The apartment where you will stay used to be part of the beach itself, hence the name of the neighborhood in which it is located, "La Arena". It is a classic area of ​​Gijón, highly valued for living by Gijons, which borders San Lorenzo beach and the city center itself. You will be located right next to the Parque de La Fábrica del Gas and the La Arena pavilion, with a multitude of shops, cafeterias and cider houses.
