The Ganexa apartments opened to the public at the end of 2016. It is a small company, we have two apartments, EKIALDE and MENDEBALDE, which in Euskera means East and West respectively. These names refer to the orientation of the apartments. In Ganexa we like to take care of every single detail and we try to make our clients happy. The two apartments are located in Iturribide 10 in Zarautz, on the ground floor of the building, with direct access to the street.
Hi! We are Ana and Xabi, we grew up in Zarautz and we still live here. We love our town and we will be happy to give any advice customers may ask for.
We are in Iturribide 10, very close from the town hall, the old part, the "Plaza de el Pilar", and there´s a 6 minute walk from the beach. There are numerous cafes and shops of all kinds very close to the apartments. It is a residential area, quiet but within walking distance of everything you need. For parking, there is a blue zone in front of the apartments, this area in winter is free, but in summer is chargeable, and usually it is not easy to find parking (as in all Zarautz in summer). That is why we have rented several garages for our clients very close to the apartments. Ask us about the price of garage spaces if you are interested in booking.
