Property information

This is a rural house located in the Old Town of Xativa, 5 minutes from the center. It is a house more than 300 years old that has been restored and renovated, preserving the most relevant historical aspects of the building. It maintains part of the old wall of the City of Xátiva from the 15th century. In addition, it stands out for its large and quiet garden adorned with a central stone fountain.

Neighbourhood information

It is located in the Old Town of Xátiva which stands out for its historical monuments, such as museums, the La Seu collegiate church (next to the accommodation) or the Mercat, where numerous bars, cafes and restaurants are located.
