Property information

The apartment has been renovated and designed just a few months ago with a focus on our client's needs. It is spacious and very cosy and has good quality beds (1 double bed, 2 individual beds) where up to 4 people can sleep comfortably. Amenities such as linen or towels are available for free for every guest. The apartment is well equipped with everything one can need during the vacation. This apartment is located on a third floor with no lift. There are construction works on the building at the moment, still the flat is soundproofed.

Neighbourhood information

Guernica offers visitors a different experience, especially for those interested in the events that led to Picasso's most famous work as well as for those interested in Basque culture and politics. The Casa de Juntas and the Guernica Tree offer an insight into the history of the Basques that can help to understand more recent historical events, such as the Basque independence movement. In addition, Guernica also has its own Basque museum, the Museum of Euskal Herria as well as the Peace Museum. If you are interested in visiting a market, then we recommend visiting Guernica on Mondays. Every Monday, farmers and inhabitants of the region come to Guernica to take part in one of the best markets in the whole of the Basque Country. We should also not forget that Guernica is located within the Urdaibai Nature Reserve which is characterised by its wetlands full of flora and fauna, as well as being home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Basque Country, the beaches of Laga and Laida.
