A fantastic, South facing, end, curved wall apartment, with stunning far reaching views from its large, sun drenched main terrace. In a superb position on the resort, bordered by endless lemon groves, and situated between two beautiful pools, the apartment offers a stunning panorama over the resort and landscape beyond, with two holes of the Nicklaus design course, the wonderful par 3, 15th, and the dramatic par 5, 14th, plus the Mediterranean sea beyond in the distance. Fully furnished the apartment is an absolutely ideal example, with the extra window creating a dual aspect sitting room, plus a highly sought after bathroom window. Set on one level on the second floor the apartment offers up to 4 guests 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. Bright and modern reformed bathroom, ample and equipped kitchen and sunny living and dining room with a beautiful, large terrace offering ample space for outdoor relaxing and BBQ facilities. The apartment offers complimentary Wi-fi and Cable TV, Linen and Towels for your comfort. This is a superb property which would make the ideal sun filled vacation home on this wonderful resort.

Hacienda Riquelme This classically designed leisure resort is in keeping with the traditional 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda around which it has been built. Every apartment block has been designed with views in mind, and you can rest assured that there is a stunning view to be found from every part of the resort. Whether it's of the golf course itself, the Mar Menor and La Manga strip, or the mountain ranges of Murcia.  With a total of 19 family-friendly pools, tennis and padel courts, an outdoor gym, boules court, a number of children's playgrounds and multi-purpose sports area, you will never be stuck for something to do on resort. The traditional Hacienda has also been lovingly restored into a Bar and Restaurant, offering a range of both Mediterranean and International dishes and drinks. Prefer to dine al fresco from the comfort of your apartment terrace? Why not head to the on-site Spar supermarket which offers a huge selection of local and International goods. Hacienda Riquelme is conveniently located just a 5 minute drive from the small but bustling Spanish village of Sucina. Sucina offers everything you could possibly need whilst in the area.
