Property information

Beautiful two bedroom flat with one double bed and two singles and two bathrooms, very well kept and recently built. Ideal for couples, friends, families and business trips. Accessible for people with reduced mobility in a light self-propelled wheelchair. Not suitable for electric wheelchairs. It is forbidden to use the communal areas of the building, which are for the use of owners only. All types of transport nearby: the train station is 5 min away on foot, the Metro station is 15 min away and the Kbus is 3 min away to go to the BEC! Excellent public transport links to Bilbao, the train stop is only 2 minutes walk away. There is a free parking space for one car (5m long x 2,6m wide x 2,1m high). It is a place only for cars or small vans with good access and you go directly to the flat by lift from the car park. It is forbidden to hold parties and events in the accommodation.

Neighbourhood information

There are plenty of bars for pintxos or drinks, restaurants and supermarkets. Quiet area by the riverside and good connection to public transport to Bilbao.
