The place is a modern high standard apartment with 3 full size bedrooms, a spacious living room and a terrace with views to the Mediterranean sea and the Espigo beach in Altea. The apartment is located in one of the most renowned and distinguishable buildings in Altea. The apartment includes all modern services as elevator, air conditioning/heating, swimming pool and garden. It is very close to the main commercial streets and beach area, sea front promenade and restaurants. The apartment features a full equipped kitchen, including oven, microwave, coffee machine, bread toaster and all tools needed for a log stay. The high speed internet (600 Mb optic fiber symmetric), High end 75'' TV, satellite TV, electricity and other apartment services are included in the rental.
I am pleased to offer this property to Altea visitors, we recently bought the property and we just finished its renovation. We are very happy with this acquisition, It is really one of the best buildings in Altea, and a perfect place to enjoy Altea in a fully modern and comfortable place close to restaurants, commercial area, etc. ... Also the swimming pool with its garden is something we just love. We plan to spend there our next family holidays this summer. I go to Altea as many as possible, and I am very accessible by phone and email, if assistance is required my family lives in the same Altea area so you will always have some local support.
The neighbourhood is one the best of altea, thanks to its location close to the beach, sea side promenade and commercial area. The sea side promenade starts at some meters from the apartment allowing long sea side walks up to L'albir (8 km round trip). All that in a calm and safe environment. In the area, there is also locations to park the car and plenty of bars, restaurants and in a 500 m radius also the main supermakets. Guests can use tram to go to Benidorm, Alicante, Calpe, Denia. The station is located not far from the apartment (in 5 minute). Bus stop is at 1 minute from the apartment with services to Benidorm, Calpe and Alicante including the airport.
