Very cosy and modern flat with balcony, located on the 5th floor with no lift. Lots of great and cheap restaurants and takeaway food nearby, walking distance to the beach 10-15min (Google says 14min), beautiful beach with spaces to play games, promenade, bike and scooter hire, the area is really friendly and provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday! There is Mercadona close by for all you need to buy. Guests have access to the rooftop terrace. Free parking available on the street.
Close to the shops, restaurants, cafes, church, bank, tailor, bike and scooter hire Transport from Valencia by the train is great. This is the train’s last stop in Gandia Playa. It’s possible to park the car on the street for free or on the car park nearby
