Alaia apartments are located in the central Eixample area full of bars, restaurants, stores and architectural spots. They preserve the traditional high ceiling, exposed wooden beams, big windows, and balconies.

Neighborhood info

The Alaia Apartments are located in the heart of the Eixample area. It boasts one of the most dynamic shopping districts of the city with its Passeig de Gràcia, Plaça Catalunya and Diagonal Avenue as well as two others beauties from the hands of the greatest exponent of the Catalan modernista movement Casa Batlló and Casa Milà. The area's nightlife is spread quite evenly through its streets, though, and the atmosphere never gets raucous at night. 15 far by walk you will find Plaza Cataluña and La Rambla, the central boulevard which cuts through the heart of the city center, dividing the Raval from the Gothic quarter. The Sagrada Familia area, with Antoni Gaudi's unfinished masterpiece, is just 15 minutes far with the underground. Diagonal L3 subway stop is just 5 minutes far by walk and will allow you to easily reach every point of interest of the city.
