We invite you to our comfortably furnished apartment, located 20 meters from the beautiful, almost 200 m wide beach. The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms (with 140 cm wide double beds). Each bedroom has a TV set, wardrobe, bedside lamp and roller blinds in the windows. The modern living room has a kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, Tassimo capsule coffee maker, kettle, pots, plates, dishwasher and dining table with chairs. A washing machine is also available. In the living room there is a comfortable convertible sofa and armchair, as well as a video game console. The bathroom has a shower with bath, toilet and bidet. Wi-Fi is available for guests throughout the apartment. The apartment also has a spacious balcony of 10 sqm overlooking the mountains. The apartment is air-conditioned and the air conditioning also has a heating function. The radiators are located in every room and bathroom. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator.

The beach in Gandia has golden, powdery and soft sand, one of the best in all of Spain, according to beach experts. Beaches are over 200 meters wide. The water is shallow, descent into the sea is mild, and the sea is exceptionally clean. The beach is cleaned daily. There are beach volleyball and football fields available. An alternative may be a naturist beach (Playa Alhuir just by the Rio Vaca river), quiet and peaceful, where there are definitely fewer tourists. There are many interesting pubs and bars also on the beach. On the beaches of Gandia, you can do surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, fitness jogging, you can rent a sailboat, motorboat, water scooter and go swimming around the city and along the beaches. It is also possible to buy a boat trip from Gandia to Javea, Denia and nearby Calpe, Ibiza or Formentera. The old town of Gandia is very beautiful, saturated with the atmosphere of the old Spanish provincial town If you do not have a car, you can easily get here by bus. In the nearby pubs you can eat well-prepared local dishes, seafood and Spanish paella. In the evening, it is worth going to several nightclubs for a cold drink or a mojito.
