Beautiful, practical, completely renewed and very well maintained one bedroom apartment located on the first line in Calpe, 10 mins drive from the picturesque Altea or 20 min. from Moraira. You are on about 10 m from the beach restaurants, bars, shops, supermarket, … The apartment has magnificent sea views and is fully southern focused. The area of Calpe gives you extensive possibilities for cycling and walking, but also for all kinds of water sports, golf and mountain climbing is Calpe heaven on Earth. Also culinary Calpe has a wide range, from a quick snack or tapas to the better restaurants.
Inside: 1) Spacious living room with sofa bed. The window gives out on the sun terrace. 2) Spacious dining area with the necessary storage cabinets. 3) Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and sink. Also available: iron and iron board, vacuum cleaner 4) 1 bedroom, fully refreshed with 1 double bed, equipped with new mattresses and new bedding. 5) 1 bathrooms with shower, sink, WC and washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with new towels. 6) The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and internet access. Outside: 1) A large sun terrace fully south facing with 4 chairs so you can enjoy quietly of a rich breakfast, a drink, a snack or a full meal. 2) There is a large South-facing swimming pool with outdoor shower. We offer special prices for stays of 2 months or longer during Winter time (30 th September - 31 th March). This apartment can also be rented for 1 year or longer.
