This elegant property, decorated with care to offer comfort and harmony, is located in Los Cristianos, an ideal area for those looking for a lively atmosphere. Just a short walk from the beaches of Los Cristianos and Las Vistas, it combines functionality, light and serenity. With 90 m², bordered by two elongated and accessible balconies, it can accommodate up to 4 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Its excellent location makes it the perfect place for an unforgettable stay. This single-dwelling building offers a private and comfortable space, perfect to enjoy with family, friends or on a business trip. On entering, we find a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, a 55’ Smart TV, a dining table with chairs and access to one of the balconies. From here, there is access to the fully equipped kitchen and the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a large wardrobe, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both are connected to the other balcony. There are two full bathrooms with bathtub, one of which also has a bidet. For greater comfort, the living room and the master bedroom have air conditioning, and both bedrooms are equipped with a fan-lamp and fibre WiFi. Located in the heart of the tourist centre of Los Cristianos, this property is just a few minutes' walk from Los Cristianos Beach and Las Vistas Beach.
