Beautiful duplex facing the sea in Puertito de Güímar, halfway between the south and the capital of the island. Spacious, bright and with spectacular views of the sea. Very bright apartment, in its large terrace you can have breakfast or sunbathe while you enjoy the atmosphere of the place. It is ideal for families and groups of friends since it has capacity for 5 people, with 3 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, another double bedroom with two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed and the third located on the top floor of the house with a single sofa bed. It also has a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, two beautiful terraces with sea views, Internet Wifi and garage. With a black sand beach a few steps from the house, in a pretty village full of areas where you can walk, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. In addition to a magnificent connection to the highway to know the rest of the island.

Neighbourhood information

You will love this old fishing port, located in an environment with very good atmosphere, and surrounded by black sand beaches and swimming areas. Enjoy its promenade, its terraces, practice scuba diving and try the local gastronomy in one of the restaurants specializing in sea food, you will not regret it. The area has all kinds of services, playground, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, post office, marina, etc.
