On the countryside, in La Vajol, a little village close to French border and not too far from the coast.
I'm a cook. My name's Paco. I will surely recommend those local recipes you can have for meal. Actually we run a restaurant in the same building.
Sourrended by oak tree forests, you can enjoy your stay visiting Ceret, Boadella damp, walk up to Santa Magdalena, Les Salines sanctuary, and also reminiscences of Spanish Civil War retreat towards exile. Interesting villages: Figueres, Roses, Llançà, Sant Llorenç de la Muga, Colliure and Elna.
