If you are dreaming of enjoying views of the golf course, the Mediterranean and the view of Africa? Then you should stay in this 3-bedroom penthouse apartment with wonderful solarium and views to the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment has 3 terraces, one of which is a large top terrace of approx. 60 m2 with a lounge area and not the least a breath-taking view. If you are a golfer, you will not get a better location. There are about 60 golf courses within a maximum of 1 hour drive and 8 excellent courses within maximum 10 min. Located in Urbanization Los Aqueros with views to the clubhouse, restaurant, fitness, tennis, bowling and golf course on one side and on the other side panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the golf course. Within at 10 minutes drive you are in either to the beach, the picturesque village of Benahavis, San Pedro or Puerte Banus, to Marbella there are approx. 15 km. This is not a appartement you will rent, this is our apartment where we spend 3 months a year. So you can be sure it will not be an in-personal place but somewhere you will feel at home with all equipments and furnitures you need.
Laetitia is half Spanish from her mother, Vincent is Belgian. Both in love of Andalusia, this is not a appartement you will rent, this is our apartment where we spend 3 months a year.
