Ibiza style Barcelona It is a luxurious and spacious property with 1.000 m2 and 2.500m2 additional garden area surrendered by a Natural Park for maximum privacy, with an amazing see views just 15 minutes from Barcelona downtown and 7 minutes from the nearly beach. Equipped with the latest technology available (GIRA), remote control of lights, blinders centralized heating and air conditioning among many others. We will have all of this available before 2022 - sauna - jacuzzi - charger for an electric car - garaje for 2 cars - Arcade game room with: Ping pong, billiard, electronic darts, air hockey, Pinball, Arcade Machine with more than 3.500 games
This is not a Hotel, this is an amazing a private Vila where you can feel like if you were at home
Our Villa is located in a private gated residence community with a 24 hour security so the Villa is very safe and the place in general but please, we recommend to close any main gate o door while your are sleeping
