About the property: Discover comfort and convenience in this 2-bedroom apartment located in the secure Atlantico II residential complex in Costa del Silencio. Perfect for families, this 2-bedroom apartment offers a open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for socializing and relaxing. Step out onto the private balcony, complete with a seating area, and enjoy the pleasant street views. The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, ideal for accommodating both adults and children. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower for your convenience. Residents of Atlantico II can enjoy the use of two outdoor swimming pools: a shallow pool for young children (depth 0,35m) and a larger pool (depth 1,4m) for more experienced swimmers. Both pools are accessible year-round, though they are not heated. There are also sun loungers available around the pool free of charge. Please note that the apartment is situated on the second floor and is accessible via stairs (no lift available). You can park your car on the street for free. No reserved parking available! Community rules: Quiet times are 14:00-17:00 and from 22:00. Only people who have booked the apartment (4 people) are allowed to be on premises for security reasons.

Costa del Silencio is also a great base for exploring the island's natural wonders, from the awe-inspiring Teide National Park to the lush Anaga Rural Park. Costa del Silencio has a great bus connection so for those who do not care for driving, it is in a great location!
