Newly renovated apartment in the Gros neighborhood a few meters from Zurriola Beach and with parking included. This newly renovated apartment has three bedrooms. The first with a 1.50cm double bed, the second with a 1.35cm bed. and the third with two 90cm beds. It has two full bathrooms, both with showers; the main one with hydromassage column. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living room - dining room which has access to a nice balcony. Includes free parking in the same building. IMPORTANT: It will be necessary to communicate the measurements of the car that you want to park in the space. Vans or cars that are too large may not fit properly.

Neighbourhood information

Gros neighborhood is located in the eastern part of San Sebastian, bounded by Mount Ulia, the Urumea River and Zurriola Beach, especially known for surfers and for hosting the Kursaal Auditorium on its promenade. The beach also offers the opportunity to practice water sports, volleyball, soccer, etc. You can also access Mount Ulia through several trails or by road and discover the beautiful lookout points of the city. Wandering along its paths through the forest and following the edges of the rocky escarpments is an experience that you would not normally expect to encounter in a city. Dynamic, youthful and cosmopolitan, it is currently one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the city with areas such as Sagües with its many terraces overlooking the sea from where you can contemplate the sunset or Zabaleta Street and its surroundings full of bars and restaurants in which to eat pintxos and enjoy its atmosphere, especially on Thursday afternoons. In addition to being an ideal location for eating or going for pintxos, the area is perfect for those who love shopping. The streets of Gros are full of small and enchanting shops with a very personal style.
