Flat a few metres from the sea. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds of 35 inch, and one with a single bed of 39 inch; in addition to the two bathrooms, the living room, and the separate kitchen, it has a very comfortable interior patio gallery and a great terrace overlooking the sea. Two of the bedrooms are set back from the main street, so they are very quiet and peaceful, and the living room receives sun practically all day long so it is very luminous. NEW 2024: The accommodation has centralised air-conditioning (air conditioning and heating) distributed by ducts throughout the house. This service is subject to an additional charge.
The accommodation is managed by the family that owns the house together with a local cleaning service.
This flat is located in an area with many catering services: bars, restaurants, take-away food, etc. Also, within a 2-3 minute walk there are shops of all kinds: clothes, footwear, hardware stores, etc; also, within a 1 minute walk there is a supermarket. Regarding the points of interest, 5 minutes away is the castle of Moraira, the beach, and the green promenade next to the beach. Also, the port is a 2-3 minute walk away.
