Kordelliya Apartment is a comfortable and cozy place to stay. The proximity of the mountains creates a unique space of harmony and silence. The construction of thу apartment was completed in April 2017. The apartment has everything you need for a remarkable stay. It has several terraces, equipment for barbeque, and a fruit garden. There is a public bus stop only 300 meters away. We can also provide a number of additional services, such as car rental, excursions around the island, transfer to the foot of Teide, night astronomical excursions, trips to natural parks of the island, boat trips, and much more.

Kordelliya Apartment is located in one of the most convenient places on the island, at the foot of the mountains, in the immediate vicinity of the tourist area of ​​the island, between Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The famous Jungle Park is 400 meters from the house, Camel Park is 1 km away, the monkey park is 5 km away, Siam Park is 3 km away from the house, there is also a Siam Mall for shopping and cultural recreation. The most famous and cozy beach in the south of the island - Las Vistas is 4 km away from the house. There is also a tourist entertainment and shopping area - the Golden Mile.
