Reservations up to 5 people, will be able to access and enjoy the ground floor (dining room, kitchen and outdoor patio) and also the first floor (bathroom, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom).
If the reservation is for 6 people or more, then they will be able to access and enjoy the whole house, ground floor, first floor and also the second floor (2 double bedrooms) as well as the roof terrace.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
