The house has a La Mancha style with Mediterranean touches. Very cool in summer and warm in winter. It is completely independent and separated from the main house, in the middle of the garden next to the private pool, The pool is very large and suitable for people who can not swim. The water is heated and can gets feet on almost all of it The garden is always full of flowers all year round. Invitations of friends or family group are not allowed during the stay. The Garden, the pool, the barbecue and the common areas are shared with the owners of the house.We only carry out maintenance, irrigation and exterior cleaning tasks during the stays and therefore we may come across the garden sometime. We only accept ONE small pet dog max. 10 kg and must be announced at the time of booking, declaring the breed and requesting authorization. The pet cannot be left free and alone in the apartment and the garden in the absence of the owners. During the stay invitations of friends or family are not allowed. Nudism is not allowed in outdoor facilities.
We are a family of three people and we like to meet new friends. We love children and we have pets as a Chinese crested breed dog named Sury and an American Minipig (IT IS A SMALL INOFFENSIVE AND SCARFY PIG) very clean and friendly, that we call Tyson, who lives in his yard in a garden area. To avoid incompatibilities between pets, the management reserves the right of admission. Therefore, it is always better to declare the breed and size of the animal at the time of booking. We only accept ONE medium or small dog (max. 10 kg). We do not accept large dogs, hunting dogs or pitbull-type self-defense dogs. bulldog, mastiffs, german shepherds or similar. Animals cannot be left free and alone outside the garden or inside the bungalow in the absence of the owners.
We are located in an urbanization 1.5 km away from the town of Yuncos. All the streets are paved. The town has many bars and places for young people and adults for night outings. Restaurants of medium and high level with Spanish and international cuisine. There is a museum of historic cars and in 20 minutes by car you reach Toledo and 30 minutes to the center of Madrid by the A-42 motorway. There are public buses every half hour in both directions. The stop 1.5 km from the Casita de Yuncos.
