La Morreta Suites I is a cosy flat, newly built, located in the town of Conil. It has 42m, with an excellent location to visit LANZAROTE and at the same time relax in a very quiet area of the island. Bright and with stunning views of the sea, the island of Fuerteventura, Isla de Lobos, the volcanic landscape, etc., the accommodation offers everything you need to stay comfortably. It is an ideal place to disconnect, away from the rush and stress. The flat has: - One double bedroom with single beds. - Bathroom with hairdryer. - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, capsule coffee machine, kettle, hand blender, etc.). - Spacious living room with flat screen TV. - Desk and chair to work. - Sofa bed. - Bed linen. - Shower towels (change every 3 days). - Pool towels. - Air conditioning / heating. - Free WIFI. - Terrace with stunning views. - Large garden. - Large swimming pool, shared with another flat. - Large solarium with sunbeds. - Barbecue area. - Free private parking. La Morreta Suites I is located in a quiet residential street with no traffic. It is located on the ground floor and shares the outdoor common areas with another flat. In a village ideal for hiking routes. It is located a few meters from a Minimarquet, a typical food restaurant and the bus stop. We recommend renting a car to enjoy every corner of the island.
Conil is located in a central and very quiet area of the island. From the La Morreta Apartments, the Cesar Manrique Airport is 8 km away. The house is 8 kilometers from the beaches of the southern part of the island. 5 kilometers from the wine route (La Geria) and 8.9 kilometers from the Monument to the Peasant, 4 kilometers from the Timanfaya National Park, and various trails. The Tías Golf Course is 6.3 km away. Laundry service 4.2 kilometers away and a Minimarket 3 minutes away.
