Property information

La Nea Beach Apartment is a tastefully renovated, bright and modern holiday apartment with free underground parking. The beautiful open-plan living space with direct access to the terrace invites you to relax and enjoy the uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean. A few steps away is the crescent-shaped black sand beach of Playa La Nea and within a few minutes walk, you are at the Radazul marina with its bars, restaurants, scuba dive centres, and water sports activities. In the house you will find: Open plan living area, dining room and kitchen. Utility room with washing machine and cleaning supplies. The spacious living area has sliding doors that lead to the terrace and views of the ocean. Master bedroom: king-sized bed (180 cm x 200 cm) There is a dressing room area with built-in wardrobes that separates the bedroom from the ensuite bathroom. Twin bedroom I: Twin beds (90 cm x 200cm) Twin bedroom II: Single beds (90 cm x 200cm) with an additional pull-out single bed Main bathroom: Large walk-in shower, toilet and double sink

Neighbourhood information

Radazul is the place for water sports and activities such as sailing, fishing, diving, snorkelling, SUP, jet skiing and more. You can also enjoy open-water swimming 365 days a year in Radazul! From the apartment, you can walk to the Radazul marina, where you will find a pharmacy, an Italian restaurant with fantastic views of the marina (which also delivers pizza) and a number of seasonal bars and restaurants. There is a laid-back beach bar on Playa La Nea (30m) where you can enjoy a cold artisan beer, mojito or light snack. We recommend getting a spot at the far left end of the beach, where the sand is finer, the ocean is calmer and the sun shines for longer in the evenings. Opposite the apartment building is Parque de Guadamojete, a large park with outdoor exercise equipment and plenty of room to stretch your legs. There is also a children's playground. There is a mini-market 300m away. The village centre has a small shopping centre with a SuperDino supermarket and various cafés and restaurants to have breakfast or lunch and buy fresh artisanal bread and pastries.
