Enlarged detached house within complex of 9 houses that share two swimming pools. The property has undergone some works in 2018 after being purchased to the previous Business Investors to place a larger fridge and a dishwasher and have more kitchen space. The house has also undergone renovation at the living area and has the largest living space of all the properties in the complex. There is a private barbecue outside at the garden area. The property has six aircon units for the five bedrooms and one for the living area.
The house is close to all amenities in Cala Egos. All the amenities are at 5 to 10 minutes walk
Both the owner and the property manager life in Cala d'or at the Marina and in Cala Egos so any issue during the stay will be quickly cared for.
This property is located in the Cala Egos area within Cala d'or. It has all the amenities and the Marina is at just 10 to 15 minutes walk. This area of Cala d'or has two beaches at walking distance: Cala Egos and Calo des Pou and several supermarkets and many restaurants and shops. Cala d'Or is a family destination so it does not have discos but just few pubs instead.
